No shock to me. In fact, I believe loyalists to Gulbuddin Hekmartyar are still helping Bin Laden and Zawahiri move around and find safe places to hide. Hekmartyar seems to have developed a close relationship with the 2 over the last couple of years. (He pledged allegiance to Osama Bin Laden last year!)A bulk of Hekmartyar's terror group is believed to be in eastern Afghanistan although he himself is most likely in Pakistan ( it seems that's the ideal place for any top terrorist leader to hide...)
